We’ve had many good times together & have lots of happy memories, weekends away & nights out. One meal in particular was memorable, but not for the food. It was at the Oyster Reach many years ago. There was a large party in the restaurant & we were in the same room as them, but the staffs attention was all on them. The starters & main courses took ages to arrive & when Barry’s steak came it was more than well done. Barry would have carried on and eaten it but Linda being Linda wasn’t having any of that & the meal was returned & replaced. Because of Linda’s persistence & complaints we only had to pay for the starters & drinks. On the tables there were comment cards which Linda completed & subsequently received vouchers which enabled her & Steve to have a free meal on another occasion. We all miss you Linda.
